Monday November 4th 2013

9am: I started off my MONDAY with a mile run while pushing my boys, Harper (34.4 lbs) and Walker (38.2lbs). It took me 12:04 minutes. I am will do this route tomorrow and try to get a better time each day!

9:30 I then ate my 3 eggs, 2 slices of bacon and 1/4 avocado with 20oz of water. 

12:30 ate thin steak and bell peppers and 20 oz of water

1:30 20 oz of water

2:30 WORKOUT

4 200 meter runs increasing speed each time

5 attempts of ring muscle ups, ONE of those times I stuck it at the top! Need to work on Dip strength and get up on those rings daily. This was definitely a step in the right direction...baby steps!
