Today was HARD, but awesome of course!

Power Cleans:
Set one at 70% of 205lbs = 145lbs 2 sets of 3 touch and go EMOM
Set two at 75% of 205lbs = 155lbs 2 sets of 2 touch and go EMOM
Set three at 85% of 205lbs = 175lbs 2 sets of 1 EMOM
Clean pulls 3 sets of 3:
Set one: 205lbs
Set two: 215lbs
Set three: 230lbs
Pendlay Rows 5 sets of 3:
Set one: 125lbs
Set two: 145lbs
Set three: 150lbs
Set four: 150lbs

Run in between each set of cleans, distance increases after each set starting at 50meters.
