Today was HARD, but awesome of course!

Running:
1 mile @ 11:30am pushing my two boys (72lbs) TOTAL time: 11:51


Urban Warfit CrossFit:
Run a Quarter mile

5 sets of 5 toes-to-bar EMOM

Power Cleans:
Set one at 70% of 205lbs = 145lbs 2 sets of 3 touch and go EMOM

Set two at 75% of 205lbs = 155lbs 2 sets of 2 touch and go EMOM

Set three at 85% of 205lbs = 175lbs 2 sets of 1 EMOM

Clean pulls 3 sets of 3:
Set one: 205lbs
Set two: 215lbs
Set three: 230lbs

Pendlay Rows 5 sets of 3:
Set one: 125lbs
Set two: 145lbs
Set three: 150lbs
Set four: 150lbs
Set five: 150lbs

Metcon:
10 min AMRAP

10 box jumps at 24"
10 toes-to-bar

I got 9 rounds total

THEN: Post WOD workout
65lb sand bag

Hang cleans

Run in between each set of cleans, distance increases after each set starting at 50meters.
THIS SUCKED!!!!

MUSCLE UP PRACTICE
Got up on top twice again!!!
