Today was active recovery day. I went into the gym early to work on skills and my son had the flu so I had to leave early and ended up just coming home to pick him up from school. Not fun for him. I then got called into work so today all I was able to do is RUN. I didn't mind it though!

mushrooms, onions, green peppers
