I was excited to get BACK in the gym after my "OFF" day on Thursday...
Nutrition:
I was still feeling sick from the day before so I only had my 25grams of protein
meal #1: 25grams protein
Running: 1mile (8:47)
meal #2: 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg
meal #3: 4oz chicken 6 spears of ginormous asparagus
meal #4: 25 grams protein
meal #5: 5oz salmon and 1 cup of broccoli
meal #6: 10 almonds
*This was not exact today. Brandons parents took us out to dinner and I chose salmon and broccoli.

(I got stuck with a guys bar for the snatches. I never thought it would make such a difference. It had such an impact on my grip!)
