Saturday November 30th, 2013
Today was the day of my sons baptism and also both my oldest sons play off football games. My parents were in town and so were my in laws so unfortunately I did not get to workout :( yes this makes me sad cause I am striving for perfection dang it!
Nutrition:
meal #1: 1/4 cup berries and 25 grams protien
morning run: 1 mile 8:34!!!
meal #2: 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg/ 1 cup of broccoli
meal #3: 4oz tilapia and 2 cups spinach
meal #4: salad with chicken (at a restaraunt with family after the baptism)
meal #5: 25grams protein
meal #6: 5oz chicken and broccoli
